I added a second floor to my old 1950s wood house, but I would like to have a nice smoothe concrete finish to the entry way, the front and sidewalk areas of the house.. I paid to get it done, but they made a mess of my yard and left it. Water sweeps into my apartment when it rains and my concrete front is anything but smoothe.
